This is an Administrative Training Institute of the Govt. of Maharashtra imparting training to in-service officers in various disciplines. My primary work is to organize training programmes on Disaster Management for different stakeholders. Currently working on Research Oriented Study on CAPACITY ENHANCEMENT AND TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS, Sponsored by NIDM, New Delhi.
